The First Church of God, is a Pentecostal Christian gospel mission, consecrated to continue the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ and the apostles; our vision is to continue to project the good will of God, revealed in his Holy Word, to the fathers of the faith by the prophets, concerning the ministry of his Holly Son Jesus Christ; whom God sent into the world, to become the foundation and head of the church of God, and an example of our faith, in word, in power, and in love; Well, he did everything, and how it was written about his ministry. The general purposes of the First Church of God are: Religious and social philanthropic; specifically, missionary, charitable, evangelistic, benevolent, and educational for non-profit purposes. Established in fulfillment of the great commission given by our Lord Jesus Christ and duly organized, to go throughout the world; teaching the individual and the family, to believe, love and obey God. And to respect, obey and submit to the authorities established by God on earth, these are: Family, ecclesiastical and governmental, in all that is good, righteous and holly; Proclaiming the gospel of our common salvation, and making known the multiform wisdom of God, under the discernment of the Holy Spirit. For all the Scripture is inspired by God, and useful to teach, to reprove, to correct, to instruct in righteousness, so that the man of God may be perfect, fully prepared for every good work. We offer a variety of ministries and programs for all ages, including youth groups, Bible studies, and outreach programs. Our ministries are designed to help our members grow in their faith and serve others in our community.
Therefore, we should wait persevering in the same spirit, and in the same feeling, all talking the same thing. Doing everything in fact or in words, in the name of the Lord Jesus, in the unity and power of the Holy Spirit, who assures us of a personal coexistence with the Lord and guarantees us eternal life. Because without peace and without holiness, no one will see God. Eph. 4:1-7; 1Cor.1:10; Col. 3:15-17; John. 14:20-27; Heb. 12:14.
At First Church of God, we believe in the power of God's love, the divinity of Jesus Christ, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe that through faith and prayer, we can overcome any obstacle and live a life of purpose and meaning.
